Return & Refund Policy

At Copper Peak Coffee Company, our goal is to provide you with the best coffee experience possible. We want you to love every cup. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Coffee Beans (The Copper Peak Promise)

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee bags. However, we stand behind our roast quality.

  • Quality Guarantee: If there was an error with your order (e.g., we sent the wrong grind), or if the beans arrived compromised, please email us immediately. We will replace the order at no additional cost to you.

2. Merchandise & Brewing Gear

For non-coffee items such as mugs, brewers, grinders, and apparel, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email our support team with your order number. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (whether it is coffee or gear), please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  • We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Subscriptions

You may cancel or modify your Copper Peak subscription at any time through your account portal.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that shipment.

  • Refunds on Processed Orders: If your subscription order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, if you are unsatisfied with the coffee received, our standard "Copper Peak Promise" (Section 1) applies.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-defective merchandise. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund for a return where you paid for shipping, the cost of that shipping will not be included in the refunded amount.
