Our Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee is a masterpiece of patience and craftsmanship. Premium Guatemalan beans are aged for a minimum of 30 days in authentic whiskey barrels, absorbing the rich, complex character of the wood and spirits that came before.
The Aging Process
After the whiskey barrels have served their original purpose, we fill them with our carefully selected Guatemalan coffee beans. Over 30 days, the beans slowly absorb subtle notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, and whiskey—creating a truly unique flavor profile you won't find anywhere else.
Tasting Profile
Expect a smooth medium roast with layers of complexity: rich chocolate and caramel notes from the Guatemalan beans, enhanced by warm vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle whiskey undertones. Full-bodied with balanced acidity and a long, satisfying finish.
