Light, Sweet, and Perfectly Balanced
Blonde Roast is our lightest espresso blend, crafted from premium Central American and African beans to deliver a sweet, smooth espresso experience. This delicate roast showcases the beans' natural sweetness and bright character—perfect for those who prefer a lighter, more nuanced espresso.
Tasting Profile
Experience a beautifully sweet cup with layers of delicate flavor: honey and caramel sweetness from Central American beans, bright citrus and floral notes from African coffees, and a clean, crisp finish. Light body with vibrant acidity that's never harsh—just bright and refreshing.
Origin Blend
We've combined the best of two coffee worlds: Central American beans bring smooth sweetness and balanced body, while African beans contribute bright, fruity complexity and floral aromatics. Together, they create an espresso that's sweet, lively, and incredibly approachable.
Roast Level
Blonde (light) roast—our lightest roast level, carefully calibrated to preserve the beans' natural sweetness and origin character. This gentle roast highlights delicate flavors that darker roasts would mask.
Perfect for Sweet Espresso
This blend was specifically crafted for espresso lovers who prefer a sweeter, lighter shot. The natural sweetness means you can enjoy it with less sugar or none at all. Also excellent in milk-based drinks where its bright character shines through.
Brewing Recommendations
Optimized for espresso machines—pulls a beautiful shot with golden crema and sweet, balanced flavor. Also excellent as pour-over, Aeropress, or drip coffee. For espresso, use 18-20g for a double shot. For other methods, use 1-2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195-205°F.
