Most coffee you buy at the grocery store was roasted months ago and has been sitting in a distribution center losing flavor. We do things differently.

Quality Beans: We source specialty grade coffee from single origin and blends of single origin beans.
The Specialty Grade Difference
Specialty grade coffee is the highest quality classification of coffee available in the world. It is not just a marketing buzzword; it is a strict, measurable standard set by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
To earn the "specialty" title, a coffee must score 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale when evaluated by a certified coffee taster (known as a Q Grader).

Copper Peak Coffee Company was born on our family farm in Western Washington, right in the shadow of the Cascades. We believe that whether you are hiking a mountain trail or just conquering a Monday morning, you deserve a cup of coffee that rises to the occasion.Why do I love Copper Peak? I have always enjoyed dark roasts—French Roast specifically—but I could never find one that truly satisfied my craving for that rich, chocolatey profile. I searched far and wide until I finally found the perfect match. It is that same passion for my perfect cup that led us to curate this collection of bold, fresh-roasted, and peak-flavored coffees and exquisite artisan teas.
